I made the mistake of purchacing 2 scooters from these people, I should have know when the scooters came 2 weeks after they promised that there was a problem….but I was patient and they arrived. The very first day the turnsignals on one of the scooters went out….there response was to figure out myself what was wrong and they would send me the replacement part…this was a month ago and I am still waiting for the part. Now the scooters dont run at all. They will not return my calls and I guess they are not interested in my satisfaction. I have contacted Amex and reversed the charges in an effort to get my money back. I cant believe these people are still in business. Once they have your money they are done with you….I would not take a scooter from them if it were free, because it would break down and take up space in my garage.

I ordered a scooter (150cc gas powered brand new) I could not contact them by email or phone. the product never arrived long past the latest delivery date. i was fortunate enough to live within three miles of thier “office” which turned out to be a phone repair service. i filed an amazon a to z guarantee and complaint and they will get no money from my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. BAD NEWS!!!! wish i could give them a -5 stars rating but you have to give at least a 1 to publish a critique!!!

Understand that when you place an order, your card will be charged immediately. You will then be told (after you wait a week) that it will be on the next shipment. After another few days to a week, you’ll get a call saying “that color isn’t in, will you take another color?”. When I called back, I was told “we have over 500 calls a day – we can’t find it by order number. What model were you looking for? – Oh, that will be in on Thursday.” Finally, we cancel – only to be told it will take several days for a refund because “we have a whole desk full of cancellations.” Their web site looks okay, but don’t even think of ordering. It is a nightmare – I’ll let someone know if I ever get a refund. And no, it’s not moped sites in general – we found another, placed an order, received confirmation immediately, and we’ll see what the final result is soon.
